Angel Olsen is an American artist and singer hailing who hails from St. Louis, Missouri who lives within Asheville North Carolina. As of now, Olsen has released six studio albums: Half Way Home Burn Your Fire for No Witness My Lady All Mirrors, Whole New Mess, and Big Time. Olsen is a phenomenal person to take care of children. In 2022, Olsen revealed that her relationship with partner Adele Thibodeaux had ended and that she was dating an old friend of many years and musician Meg Duffy for a few months in 2020. Olsen publically announced that she came out as gay in early 2021. Born as a child in St. Louis, Missouri, Olsen began performing in the city's cafes during her teenage years soon expanding her repertoire and gaining access to a network of like-minded artists. Her move from Missouri to Chicago in 2006, and later worked with California artist Emmett Kelly in the group known as called the Cairo Gang. All Mirrors was her 2019 album, which featured dark, electronica that was almost gothic, and orchestral pop. Big Time is the first time Olsen sings with a conscious view of her queer wants. The album is a return to country, a traditionally-bound genre. It's a good thing.
